We Have a Graduate!!!

Last Thursday was Nathan's kindergarten luncheon and graduation. It was such a special time for Nathan and all his classmates. They had the luncheon decorated so cute with tropical summer decorations. As you entered the luncheon all the kids were there waiting for their family members so they could seat them at the right table. With Paw-Paw, Dee, Grandad, Mimi, Grandma, Grandpa John, Aunt Alyssa, Clay, Abby, & myself there we had a whole table just for our family! After Nathan got us all seated he took our drink orders and then served us our delicious spaghetti lunch. Then he finally got to sit down and eat! It was so sweet. After lunch each child got their diploma and then they sang "Every Move I Make I Make in You" complete with the robot dance and other sweet motions. We watched a slideshow full of pictures from the whole year which was followed by another performance from the kids. They moved and grooved to "Walkin' on Sunshine", a Beach Boys song, & "What Time is It" from High School Musical. It was super cute, but I think Nathan was a little nervous during all this part.

Then Sunday after church we celebrated by going to play Putt-Putt after church. Nathan had a great time! He really enjoys anything to do with golf. Abby had fun just running around like a crazy person and obsessing with her hot pink golf ball!

Graduation Morning!

Mr.

Waiterman. Waiting to seat us and take our orders!
Of course Abby did not want to be left out of the festivities. This is one of the things Nathan learned in kindergarten and taught her to do.
Receiving his diploma.
Nathan and his best bud Mikey!
We love Mrs. Ostendorp & Mrs. Shaw!!!
Nathan and his friend, Sydney
Walkin' on Sunshine!!!
We love you, Nathan! We are so proud of all you have learned and done this year in kindergarten. Next year will be such a great adventure as you go to a new school, make new friends, and learn even more. You are such an incredible young man. We love seeing the kindness you have towards all your friends and your sister. Congratulations on your graduation!
